The Eritrean-American Community (EAC) expresses its deepest sympathy and condolences to the families of Abraham Afewerki and Robel Solomon, who both passed away on October 7, 2006.
The artistry and creativity of both Abraham Afewerki, a world renowned Eritrean singer and musician, and Robel Solomon, an accomplished keyboardist and band member, will never be forgotten. Fans and supporters everywhere will remember the legacy of their music, spirit, and dedication that helped connect and inspire us all for generations to come.
We are all extremely saddened and devastated by their loss and pray for strength during this difficult time.
